Safety Program Development & Training

ERMS develops required written programs, audits existing programs, conducts safety educational workshops, and provides compliance training.  Train-the-trainer sessions are offered as well to educate your staff to conduct initial and on-going training as may be preferable.    These are delivered in electronic formats making required revisions an easy process or hard copy is provided if desired.   

ERMS also offers a cost-effective review of existing programs or policies to aid in compliance updates or identifying oversights. Compliance programs are required to be reviewed, often on an annual basis: to address operational, employment, regulatory changes and notably on-going training. There are instances that dictate more frequent revisions due to enforcement or other circumstances.  

ERMS offers management–leadership training courses as well.  Frequently floor supervisors, lead people or cell captains have not received management training that can impact safety enforcement, employee orientation and safety attitudes.
