Over 10 years of direct management experience overseeing loss control, underwriting, production and facility security disciplines

Extensive background developing and conducting adult learning workshops for internal and customer staffs as assistant VP of Risk Control Field Operations serving over 40 branches nationwide

Member of the WI Council of Safety and subcommittee member

Member Institute of Safety Management with designation of Certified Safety & Health Manager (CSHM)

Associate Risk Management Designation (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America

Authorized OSHA Trainer 10 and 30 hour courses

Occupational Safety Degree (A.A.S) WCTC - Honor Graduate. Continuing college credits include Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Workers Compensation Law
